1. Who am I?
I’m Gautam Varu, a village boy from Gujarat, India, with big dreams. I came to Germany for my master’s at Hochschule Harz. As an extroverted and enthusiastic person, I love engaging with diverse cultures and people to share and exchange values.
2. What experience shaped me?
My family, friends, and anime shaped me deeply. In Germany, meeting people from other cultures and cooking for them-especially sharing Indian tea-opened the door to meaningful exchanges. Our summer event further enriched my understanding of people from around the world.
3. Why does it matter to me?
This is important to me because it’s how I meet new people and learn with people, by people, and for people. Meaningful growth comes from connecting with individuals from many cultures, and that diversity shapes every experience
4. What would I like others to take away?
In my culture, we say Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam- the world is one family. We should live like one, not forcing beliefs but respecting each other and enjoying this precious life together
