  • Gautam Varu

    1. Who am I?
    I’m Gautam Varu, a village boy from Gujarat, India, with big dreams. I came to Germany for my master’s at Hochschule Harz. As an extroverted and enthusiastic person, I love engaging with diverse cultures and people to share and exchange values.
    2. What experience shaped me?
    My family, friends, and anime shaped me deeply. In Germany, meeting people from other cultures and cooking for them-especially sharing Indian tea-opened the door to meaningful exchanges. Our summer event further enriched my understanding of people from around the world.
    3. Why does it matter to me?
    This is important to me because it’s how I meet new people and learn with people, by people, and for people. Meaningful growth comes from connecting with individuals from many cultures, and that diversity shapes every experience
    4. What would I like others to take away?
    In my culture, we say Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam- the world is one family. We should live like one, not forcing beliefs but respecting each other and enjoying this precious life together

    1. Who am I?
    Enthusiast of knowledge and new experiences. One thing I like is to connect with people with various backgrounds and learn from them about their topics of interest. Few things which excites me the most is tech, art, history and culture, and music.
    2. What experience shaped me?
    One on the top would be coming to Germany. Came here to study but it also shaped me and taught me more about myself than I could’ve known before. Although it’s ups and downs but that taught me to keep going and being positive.
    3. Why does it matter to me?
    Lifetime Learning is something I follow and will follow. Everyone should have freedom to learn and teach about the things they care about. That helps to gather more perspectives and opinions as well as to refine our current understanding of world and people.
    4. What would I like others to take away?
    Ability to work on your curiosity.

    1. Who am I?
    I grew up in countryside of Hessen, living more in Nature than at home. After school i’ve tried many things, from Social Year in pirmary school to swimming coach in Austria, Spain and Portugal.
    2. What experience shaped me?
    The Time I travelled Europe as a swimming coach and walking the Jacobs way in Spain I met many people. I’m recognized that the most people have one thing in common – to learn something about the others, their lifes and cultures. Its something that matches 100% with me and my mindset.
    3. Why does it matter to me?
    I truly believe, if we never stop to met people and learn from them, all of us can get the best version of ourselve. At everytime we can rise in any way.
    4. What would I like others to take away?
    My hope is to inspire other people to live their life with an open mind, share what they’ve learned in life and help all the people around to get the best version of life.

    Ich bin Lukas und bin in der IT tätig.
    2. What experience shaped me?
    Am meisten geprägt hat mich die Chance auf freie Bildung. Sie war der Schlüssel zu meinem beruflichen Weg und meiner persönlichen Reife. Weil ich lernte, Probleme in der Tiefe zu verstehen, kann ich heute meinen Mitmenschen mit deutlich mehr Empathie und Offenheit begegnen.

    Ich möchte anderen den Funken für lebenslanges Lernen mitgeben, denn ich bin überzeugt: Bildung ist der stärkste Hebel für ein besseres Leben und ein offenes Miteinander.

    Nutze deine Bildung nicht nur, um die Welt zu verstehen, sondern um sie und dich selbst besser zu machen.

    Ich würde mich als Naturverbunden Technikfreak beschreiben.
    2. What experience shaped me?
    Es ist schwer, das auf eine Erfahrung herunterzubrechen.
    Geprägt haben mich meine Eltern und die vielen tollen Menschen, die ich in meinem Leben kennengelernt habe.
    Aber auch verschiedene Reisen oder das Leben an verschiedenen Orten (Riesenstadt oder kleine Dörfer).
    3. Why does it matter to me?
    Weil ich mich gerne weiter mit den vielen Tollen Menschen in der Initiative austauschen möchte und mich auf viele weitere Schöne Partys freue.

    Am liebsten alles was ich weiß.

    All the years of Friendship, social activities and getting together with people. All teaches me to serve love and enyoment to my surrounding people as good as possible. 🙂

    All in the world, just to make it a better place.
    4. What would I like others to take away?
    I would love to get people to the same or quite the same mindset or better in a mindset to serve the earth and people around them with care, love and understanding.

    1. Who am I?
    I’m Alina, from Central Hesse, Germany. I’m passionate about helping people grow and reach their full potential. My background in Health Promotion and HR Management has given me the tools to do just that.
    2. What experience shaped me?
    My journey began with a social year in cardiology, which showed me the importance of caring for others. Now, as an HR Business Partner, I champion human rights and better work environments. I’m also a Mental Health First Aider and training to be a systemic coach, always seeking new ways to support.
    3. Why does it matter to me?
    The mission to rethink education truly resonates with me. I believe education is the key to personal growth and positive social change. My life’s work has been about empowering people, and this is a perfect way to combine my values with a cause that builds a more inclusive future for everyone.
    4. What would I like others to take away?
    I hope to inspire people to see that education is about empowering each other to build a better future together.

    1. Who am I?
    I am Florian and I grew up in the countryside of Hessen, Germany, with a deep connection to humans and nature. Today, I am a Business Psychologist (BSc) and ongoing Data Scientist (MSc), striving with all I have to bring humans (& machines) together.
    2. What experience shaped me?
    After school, I travelled the world and met hundreds of warm-hearted individuals from every ethnicity and culture. Almost all of them were giving their daily best to make the world a better place.
    3. Why does it matter to me?
    If we stop creating meaning together, truth finally becomes property – owned by the few. But no single mind can hold the whole – systems serve only if we stay awake. If we stop participating, we stop being human. And then – why to choose humans, when algorithms can do the rest..?

    Always question things critically, but never stop building bridges!! ♥

    Um den Kontakt zu meinen Freunden zu waren und neue Menschen kennen zu lernen.
