1. Who am I?
I’m Alina, from Central Hesse, Germany. I’m passionate about helping people grow and reach their full potential. My background in Health Promotion and HR Management has given me the tools to do just that.
2. What experience shaped me?
My journey began with a social year in cardiology, which showed me the importance of caring for others. Now, as an HR Business Partner, I champion human rights and better work environments. I’m also a Mental Health First Aider and training to be a systemic coach, always seeking new ways to support.
3. Why does it matter to me?
The mission to rethink education truly resonates with me. I believe education is the key to personal growth and positive social change. My life’s work has been about empowering people, and this is a perfect way to combine my values with a cause that builds a more inclusive future for everyone.
4. What would I like others to take away?
I hope to inspire people to see that education is about empowering each other to build a better future together.
