Dear all,
Hearts in Mosaic exists to celebrate the diversity of human experience and the beauty of lifelong learning. Each contribution is like a unique tile—adding depth, colour, and meaning to a shared story of growth and connection.
By participating, you not only share your voice but also help to build a collective space of empathy, insight, and inspiration. As an initiative, we believe in bridging and belonging for everyone. Join us to make your heart a piece of the mosaic!

MY HEART IN MOSAIC:
1. Who am I? – I grew up in the countryside of Hessen, Germany, with a deep connection to humans and nature. Today, I am a Business Psychologist (BSc) and Data Scientist (MSc), striving with all I have to instruct the machines in the manner of all of us.
2. What experience shaped me? – After school, I traveled the world and met hundreds of warm-hearted individuals from every corner of the globe. Almost all of them, regardless of culture or ethnicity, were giving their best effort to make the world a better place, day by day.
3. Why does this matter to me? – If we as humans can’t find ways to create shared meaning by our own and for everyone, power (of truth) will continue to concentrate. We’ll risk losing our own identity and thereby undermining our own importance as living individual.
In other words: If we chose autocracy over diversity, why should we chose humans over algorithms?
4. What would I like others to take away? – Always question things critically, but never stop building bridges!
